We hope you are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return under the conditions below.
Returns
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unworn and unused;
- Be in its original condition;
- Be returned in its original packaging;
- Show no signs of damage, washing or excessive wear.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the costs of returning an item unless:
- The wrong item was delivered;
- The item arrived damaged;
- The item contains a manufacturing defect.
In these cases, Maas Open Air will cover the return shipping costs.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.
Please include photographs of the item and packaging so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
